Data Deletion

Atendly.ai stores the following personal data: • WhatsApp phone numbers of end users. • Content of text messages exchanged with the assistant. • Name and email address of the business representative. • Conversation history (maximum 90 days).

To request deletion of your data: 1. Send an email to atendlyai@gmail.com 2. Use the subject: "Data deletion request" 3. Include your phone number or registered email address 4. You will receive confirmation within 48 business hours.

Once your request is received: • We will confirm receipt within 48 business hours. • We will process the deletion within 30 business days. • You will be notified by email when deletion is complete.

Once your request is processed: • All your identifiable personal data will be deleted from our active systems. • Data will be removed from backups within 90 days. • Deletion is permanent and irreversible. • You will receive a confirmation email detailing the deleted data.
