We collect the following types of information to provide our service: • WhatsApp phone numbers of end users who interact with the assistant. • Content of text messages sent through WhatsApp. • Business client data: company name, email address and WhatsApp Business number. • Usage data: message timestamps, sent and received message counts.

Collected data is used exclusively to: • Process WhatsApp messages through artificial intelligence to generate automatic responses. • Send automatic responses to end users through Meta's WhatsApp API. • Display conversation history to business clients through the Atendly.ai dashboard. • Generate aggregated usage statistics to improve the service.

We share data only with the following providers necessary for the platform to function: • Meta Platforms, Inc.: through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for sending and receiving messages. • OpenAI, L.L.C.: text messages are sent to OpenAI to generate AI responses. • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database and cache services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Messages and conversations are retained for 90 days from the date of receipt. After this period, data is automatically deleted. Business clients can request early deletion of their data at any time.

You have the right to: • Request deletion of your personal data stored in Atendly.ai. • Request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data: • All communications are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. • Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest before storage. • Dashboard access requires authentication.
