Terms of Service

Atendly.ai is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to deploy an AI assistant on their WhatsApp Business number. The service responds to messages automatically, 24/7, using Meta's WhatsApp Business API and advanced language models.

To use Atendly.ai you must: • Be an individual or legal entity over 18 years of age. • Have a business or commercial activity. • Have a valid WhatsApp Business number. • Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Usage Policies.

It is strictly prohibited to use Atendly.ai to: • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or unauthorized mass communications. • Distribute illegal, misleading or fraudulent content. • Impersonate individuals or organizations. • Any use that violates Meta's policies or applicable laws.

By using Atendly.ai, the business client assumes the following responsibilities: • You are solely responsible for the content configured in the assistant. • You must obtain your users' consent to be contacted via WhatsApp. • You must comply with applicable data protection laws.

Atendly.ai is provided "as is" subject to the following limitations: • We do not guarantee 100% availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance or technical failures. • We are not responsible for incorrect responses generated by the AI model. • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by emailing atendlyai@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, service stops at the end of the current billing period. Data will be deleted 90 days after cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify the service with 15 days advance notice by email. For substantial changes to these Terms, notice will be 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
